Mark Farmer is a Michelin taught chef from Cape Town, South Africa. Like most chefs, Mark has a love of good food. He is passionate about organic food and besides the intensive health benefits of organic; Mark's cooking is full of exquisite flavours, texture and colours. Mark hopes to be the first Organic Certified private Chef and is determined to lead the way in a return to wholesome foods and flavours. The passion that Mark puts into his cooking touches your soul; the food is imbibed with the same excitement that he feels every day of his life.

Mark thrives on extreme sports such as abseiling, rock climbing and skydiving and in the kitchen you couldn't wish for better! Mark brings a new freshness to private-chefing as he combines his fearless attitude to pushing the envelope and his undeniable talent.

Each course is hand-crafted to perfection and the very first mouthful is most often followed with "please send my compliments to the chef". Mark is professional and adaptable in his approach and his punctuality and efficiency will not be easily matched.
