I am a Global traveling chef that works seasonally - winter and summer season for long time clients of mine, whether it is Brazil, South France or Bahamas.

I work most of the winter on Mega Super yachts based in Bahamas as a Freelance chef / relief chef and in between I am committed to my Sports and courses.

Summertimes I work mostly out of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic isle, just north of Famous Ibiza party island.

I have been involved with Catering from the Monaco Grand Pix to Consulting for Private game lodges in Botswana, to elite 'art in the garden' Galas in the foothills of Cannes to private beach Parties on the northern shores of The Balearic isles, to private islands in the Pacific and mansions in Britain. Limechilli can cater for all functions with the right timing. I will bring the best 'royal trained' butlers when needed to make your event the best.
