This price includes approximately 6 hours of preparation, service and cleans down however the shopping is not included in the fee quoted. Additional requirements can be catered for and a cost can be provided once Chef has priced and cost the menu i.e. canapés, cheese board, wine, cigars, and chocolates. Where possible, shopping is Organic and meats are bought at market prices on the day. For more than 6 People, LIMECHILLI works with a butler, with a charge out fee of £75.00 (R500) per hour. The food will be served silver service and not plated.

SHOOT DAYS (UK and FRANCE ONLY)

£230.00 per day

With shoot days, the chef works 5½ days per week and is provided with live-in accommodation. Depending on number of guests (1-10). This includes a full English breakfast, Light Lunch of salads and/or sandwiches, plus a three-course Dinner or traditional Standard English breakfast, three-course hot lunch and light snack at end of shoot. Plus assistance with or advice of menus with game that has been shot. Depending on numbers, usually a butler is brought in to if not provided.

• Duration depends on client. Usually two days of cooking and freezing food in suitable containers and left for client to reheat.
• This is ideal if you want to go to your summerhouse in the country with friends, and upon your arrival you have a fully stocked fridge for the weekend.
• This cost is based on two adults. Please discuss numbers when making your booking.
• Shopping for all cereals, fresh fruit, milk and other dairy items.

ORGANIC LIFESTYLE ORGANIZER

LIMECHILLI will provide a Chef/Consultant to help set up a structured plan for you and your family. We will organize organic suppliers that will deliver the best produce straight from the farm to your pantry, inclusive of organic meat, fruit and vegetables. We can provide you with a shopping list to include your dietary and food intolerance requirements and, we will structure a daily juicing plan for a healthier lifestyle. Your consultant will always be available for you, to provide further consultation including menu suggestions and dietary needs.

COOKERY CLASSES (2-6 clients at home)

This excludes shopping however LIMECHILLI can provide the basic instruction and shopping list, to cook with and/or to get you started. Recipe advice is complimentary.

One-day cookery classes for family (6 - 8 hours)	£250.00

Includes basic kitchen etiquette, 6 dishes and includes shopping for client which is usually around £40 non-organic, and £65 for organic foods.
