All quoted prices are validated for 3 months from date of quotation.

Deposit and payment
Written confirmation of all orders is required, accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the estimated invoice, with a further 45% to be paid 14 days prior to the event. And the balance of 5% plus any extras incurred by the customers request but not included in the original quotation. Plus any breakages/damages, to be paid in full with in 7 days of the event. Limechilli reserves the right to charge interest on unpaid accounts at 4 % above the bank of England rate pending at the time.

Minimum spend
Limechilli has a minimum spend policy whereby each event must guarantee a minimum spend of 200 GBP irrespective of numbers of guests. Unless it is a Lunch for 2 people or less.

Numbers
Prices are quoted on the estimates provided by the client of the number of guests attending the function. The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed 7 days before the function (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) The client will be charged on the basis of the guaranteed number of guests (or the number of persons for which the event was originally booked if no guaranteed number is provided) or the number of guests attending, which ever is greater.

Cancellation
The advance deposit will not be returned in the case of cancellation of the event, a cancellation charge will be imposed and payable on demand in the case of a cancellation of all or any of the event after acceptance. The amounts are due as liquidated damages and not as a penalty and will be calculated in accordance with the following schedule.

Additionally, any charges payable to and sub contractors or any other costs, charges and expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be charged.

Menu
Details of menu and drinks will be set out on separated menus, which is part hereof. Limechilli reserves the right to substitute alternative food and drinks of a similar quality if the items on the menu cannot be conveniently obtained. Any Charges will, where practical, be discussed with the client.

Finder's fee
In cases where the client does not wish to use the services of Limechilli, but has been put in contact with some of our suppliers, Limechilli reserves the right to invoice the client with a finder's fee equivalent to 10% of the service in question.

Damage's
A) Any expenses incurred for damages caused by any guest of the client or any out side contractors hired by the client shall be the responsibility of the client who agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Limechilli for any claims and actions against them arising as a result thereof.
B) Limechilli, will not be responsible for any damages caused to the premises at which the event takes place due to the neglect or default of the owner of the or his employees or agents of sub-contractors or any neglect of default of the client or his guest.

Breakages
Limechilli will charge any breakages, damages or loss of hires equipment to the client.

Force Majeur
If for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to strike, labour dispute, accident, act of war, fire, flood or other emergency. Limechilli is not able to operate under these conditions, and such agreement is excused and Limechilli will terminate this agreement, agreements with out further liability of any nature upon return of the deposit paid.

Personal liability
If any agreement is signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association, club or society, the persons so signing represents warrants to the Limechilli, that he or she has full authority to sign such a contract and in the event that he or she is not so authorized, he or she will personally liable for the faithful performance of this agreement.

Shopping is additional to pricing per head.
Strict confidential liaisons is kept between both parties, before, during and after.
